3) The height increases when toggling the ">>" button. Should the height always be the same ? (this has the drawback of making the Modules settings panel quite large by default).

- shall we rename the toolbar by "Favorite Modules" and the Favorite settings header to "Favorites Toolbar:"

1: its about cosmetics. Instead of Font, it should say Font and Size, instead of Helvetica, it should display Helvetica, 14point.
2) what for? I requested an icon in the toolbar section (as we had in Slicer 3)
3) I did not know that. How would a use know? The universal UI element for this functionality is a + sign for expanding and - for collapsing
4) Favorite Modules in both places is fine. My main concern is that we should call things consistently the same. |

Chevrons are part of Windows guidelines:
