In 3d, the fiducial sphere glyph is a constant size, it looks like you've got a mouse scan open with a smaller voxel size.
I'm going to implement resetting the glyph size for a list of fiducials for Sept 1/12, and add in a "default settings" panel that can be used when creating new fiducials when I re-write the module into the Markups module for 4.3.

can reset all fid glyph sizes via the hierarchy node annotation properites widget, iterating over annotations in heirarchies (can set text and glyph scale, and glyph type)

Steve, with your change to the 2d annotation fiducial scaling and the ability to change the glyph size for a whole annotationlist, I think so. I've got the new markups module set up to save/restore default glyph sizes as well.
