Description
  1. load case 40 dwi from dicom module as dwi
  2. run joint lmmsse filter
  3. create otsu mask and edit
  4. run tensor estimation. the cli module returns an error.

I believe that Demian metioned to me that this was actually an issue with the itk code in the rician filter. Is that right Demian?

Sounds good. If this is still the case. Does it occurs with ITKv3, ITKv4 or both.
If it happen with ITKv4, the reference to an ITKv4 issue should be added as a note and the target will be changed to 4.3.0 (when we will probably switch to ITKv4 - See 0002007).

Based on Ron experiment (May 10 2012), this is still an issue. The target release is 4.2.0.
