Summary0001740: Cosmetics and update for the file menu
Description

The file menu needs updating. The following entries should be listed instead of what is there currently (see attached for the current):
-Add Data
-Add Dicom
-Download Sample Data
-Save
-Close scene

Loading a scene can be accomplished by closing the existing one and then adding a scene using the add data functionality.

I guess we could also add an option in the "Add Data" dialog if the user wants to close the existing scene (remove all objects from the scene) before loading new files/scene.

I think "Add DICOM" is misnamed since one can do bidirectional transfers with the DICOM module. I'd suggest either just "DICOM" or "DICOM Database and Networking" -- but I'm open to other options too.
