Description

I computed the planar measure map using the Diffusion Scalar measurement module. There seems to be an issue with the display ( see Window/Level values in the Volumes module)

This looks like a bug in the Window/level setting of the volumes module when the maximum magnitude of the values is too small (10^-2)

The root of the problem here comes from the fact that the generated (planar measure) volume has a huge range (> 10^12). With all the best auto-tuning, it seems unrealistic to expect the window/level widget to interactively cover a range of > 10^14.
I suggest to fix "plane measure" computation instead.

The problem is solved. Invalid tensors now default to a 0 value in the linear, planar and spherical measures
