Summary0001653: GUI for Reformat widget
Description

The reformat widget is powerful to interactively orient 2D slice planes, however it lacks precision when fine tuning parameters.

On 2012 NAMIC AHM in SLC, we discussed a plan to create a Reformat module that controls the reformat plane properties.

My understanding of the original request is that the user wants to be able to define a standard anatomically-referenced coordinate system and resample the data in that space.

For this, a module like the ACPC transform could be more useful

Typing numbers into the reformat widget could also be helpful. It might also be nice to export the reformat widget values into a transform.

Maybe we should extract the "slicing" information of the slice node into a transform node.

If you want the reformat controlled by a transform node, please create another issue.
