| Description | When you run em segmenter, a lot of intermediate files and atlases are loaded created. Deleting the manually is tedious. If you do not delete them, they are part of the scene and will be reloaded next time you load the scene. There should be a button on the results page of the em segmenter which will remove all the volumes etc that were added as part of running the module. |
