Summary0001606: check box for welcome dialog so it does not come up again
Description

When starting slicer 4 the following message appears
"Thank you for trying 3D Slicer 4.0.gamma-2011-11-23! Please be aware that this software is under active development and has not been tested for accuracy. Many important features are still missing. This software is not intended for clinical use."

To ease use, it would be great to include a check box in the dialog so if it is checked the dialog does not appear in future start ups anymore. Similar functionality was available under Slicer 3
