Summary0001595: Enable/Disable which module should be loaded at next startup
Description

Hi,

in Slicer 3 I was able to get a listing of all the modules and click which ones I wanted to load at the next start up.

Also, we had the clickable listing of available extensions for download and install.

What is the functional equivalent in slicer 4?
