Summary	0001534: Editor paint effect issues
Description	1) The size of the paint tool does not change with the slice zoom. Looks like it is defined in mm, so I thought it should 2) the size of the paint tool appears to be not consistent in different slice windows (red vs green). It looks like when I change the size in GUI, only the slice viewer that was active last has the updated size, the size of the tool (yellow circle) is updated only in that viewer. When I try to paint, it paints consistently with the appearance of the tool size (different sizes in different slices)
