Summary0001531: Annotation .acsv files not recognised by Add Data
Description

Add Data doesn't recognise .acsv files as annotation files.

Steps To Reproduce

Create fiducials.
Save Scene.
File->Add Data
Select the fiducials .acsv file.
Data type drop down only gives Volumes, Scalars, FibreBundles

TagsNo tags attached.

currently have Slicer4/Base/QTCoreModules/qSlicerFiducialsIO.h that loads Slicer3 .fcsv files (which doesn't have a displayable manager in any case).

Need to create a qSlicerAnnotationsIO class, see examples in Volumes, VolumeRendering, Models, done in setup function.

This took longer than anticipated because annotation storage nodes were set up in a non Slicer-standard way (and the non passing tests were disabled). Still working on ironing out some bugs with the display settings.

Fiducials are fixed, but rulers and ROIs are waiting for the redesign.
