Summary0001527: Multiline tooltips formatting
Description

Currently, tooltips are always shows as a single line.

This is not quite practical for the tooltips in CLI panels. They are sometime quite long.

It might help to have multiline tooltip boxes, as we used to in Slicer3.

I noticed the same thing and have a fix that is 80% done. Will do it this week.
