Summary0001479: Slicer command line argument to preload files and scenes
Description

As in Slicer3, it is great to load files from the command line:
Slicer4 myScene.mrml or
Slicer4 myVolume.nrrd myModel.vtk

If there is not a unique reader, then use the data dialog.
