Summary0001471: Result of N4 filter does not display
Description

So I ran the N4 filter on a data set. It finished, but the result volume is not automatically put into the background layer. When I did it manually, nothing shows. the data probe shows values. When opening the volume module, the w/l function is greyed out and the sliders are non responsive. In the attached image, see the w/l slider, see also the histogram and the value displayed in the data probe.

FYI - When running the filter through EMSegmenter, I noticed the following:

by changing the volume to a label map and back to a grey scale volume, I was able to "unlock" the w/l functionality. It is not the filter, but what slicer does with the results.
