Summary	0001456: dicom to dwi module is lacking interface
Description	The module DWI to full brain tractography is not working on the mac nightly. When clicking on the Browse button, nothing happens. As far as I know, it has never worked on the mac.

However, there is QtPlugins directory (with imageformats and sqldrivers) in Contents/lib, is there a reason for that discrepancy ? So I see 3 points to fix: set QT_PLUGIN_PATH at startup fixup bundle for Qt designer plugins move the designer plugins to lib/QtPlugins
