Summary0001444: Deleting model in Models module: leaves behind hierarchy node
Description

Ran labelmap through modelmaker. Went to Models, the three results show up. R-click->Delete each one. Now the model is gone but the underlying hierarchy node pops up in it's place.

Made qMRMLTreeView widget to remove hierarchy nodes while removing model nodes.
