Summary0001426: Labelmap seeding has issues
Description

-The stopping value slider and input are restricted to one digit after the period, not two. I cannot set a value of 0.18. Either 0.1 or 0.2. That is wrong.
-It used to make the fiberbundle visible upon completion. Today, instead I had to go into the Tractography display module and turn it visible.
