Summary0001422: color selector shows diffusion tensor proprty nodes with bad icons
Description

When tractography is displayed the node combo box shows some of the hidden nodes and apparently gets bad icons for them (see attached image).

Hi -

Use the Download Sample Data option to get the DTI volume.

Place a Fiducial in one of the brightly colored spots (like the corpus collosum, which is bright red and in the center of the brain).

Go to the Diffusion->Tractography->Tractography Fiducial Seeding module and select the fiducial list in the "Fiducial List or Model" combo box - you should see tracts in the 3D view.

Now go to any color node combo box, such as the one in the Colors module and you will see the new entries with bad icons.

I'd say the diffusion property nodes should be excluded from the color combo boxes.

Resolving - As illustrated in screenshot "1422-color-selector-dti-works.png", as of r22385 it is know to work. (Ubuntu 10.04 / local build)
