Summary	0001405: improve usability of +/- interactions in the slice controller slider
Description	The groove hotzone in the ctksliderwidget used in qMRMLSliceControllerWidget is too small. This is bad for usability to advance the slice position 1 slice at a time -- a frequent and important interaction mode.
