Summary0001359: layout modification for better editing
Description

When using the editor, it is usually good to have the slice being edited displayed large. Using only one slice viewer sometimes does not provide enough context.
Starting with the conventional widescreen layout, it would be nice to be able to change, which viewer is mapped into which layout position. The attached mock up proposes to use a rotate icon for swapping the viewers. You could imagine having one for clockwise and one for counter clockwise. In the attached example, counter clock wise would result in the Red view being large, the 3d viewer at the bottom, above it the green and yellow.

For a given layout, we have the infrastucture to support shuffling the viewers. It is pretty easy to take the ConventionalView and generate permutations and switch between the permutations.

But in general, it is trickier to take ANY layout (defined by its XML) and permute the viewers.

Re-targeted for 4.4. As reported by Jim, I think it would make sense to have the rotation being a specific feature of a given view.
