Summary	0001351: Optimize defaults for fiducial seeding
Description	the defaults for the fiducial seeding module should be optimized for the most likely use case scenario: -There is a single DTI volume in slicer -The user has created one fiducial using the icon in the tool bar At this point the user selects the fiducial seeding tractography module. -The dti volume should be selected by default -the fiducial list should be selected by default -a new output fiber bundle with appropriate name is created -the stopping criteria is set to fractional anisotropy -there is a prominent apply button (currently its a checkbox called enable seeding tracts) After seeing the tracts, the user decides to add a second fiducial. right now, when you create/place a second fiducial it is not autmatically used to do streamlines.

kikinis 2011-08-21 06:37 developer ~0002763	when following the workflow described above, the scalar color map for the streamlines should be whatever is selected as stopping criteria in the fiducial seeding module. Right now it defaults to color orientation

kikinis 2011-08-21 06:42 developer ~0002765	toggling the enable seeding tracts checkbox in the tractography fiducial seeding module triggers creation of streamlines for both fiducials.

alexy 2011-09-02 12:55 developer ~0002888	Added setting of default parameters for Tractography Seeding module on enter, as described above. Everything but "Apply" button since it is not consistent with the dynamic module behavior (observing fiducials). Also included seeding node name into output FiberBundle name.
