Description

Attached image of a mock-up for a revised GUI for the BRAINSfit registration module.
Elements (menus, checkboxes etc) essentially remain as before but are reorganized based on importance and usage, and renamed to be more intuitive to the non-expert user.

Addressed nearly every aspect of this proposal.

I could not simplify the output transform selection due to a limitation of slicer. You can only pass back a "linear" transform or a "Bspline" transform as a file, not a generic transform.
