If you select a different render technique before clicking the visible check box, then the transfer function displays correctly. E.g. start slicer, load data bring up the VR module, click the technique tab and select nci gpu ray caster. Then you see the transfer function when you open the volume properties tab. I suspect that the initialization is bad. In slicer 3 a transfer function was initiated based on the w/l and lut settings from the volume module. That information does not seem to be transmitted to the transfer function. Several of the other volume properties functions in slicer 3 are still missing. |
