I think that we should rethink the remainder of the module: Point to the appropriate wiki documentation pages as much as possible. JC is designing a way to "onboard" those pages and we should take advantage of those capabilities. |

Welcome module has new buttons for adding dicom, non-dicom data, and for browsing tutorials or adding sample data. Currently, the non-dicom data button brings up the same interface as File->Add Data... Ron has requested that the child widget of this interface (Add Files) be the UI presented to the user for simplicity. I'm working on the code to make that work but still have bugs right now. So as an interim solution, I've modified the button text on the initially presented UI to make it a bit more intuitive to first-time users. So now instead of "Add Directory" and "Add Files" the buttons say "Choose Directory to Add" and "Choose File(s) to Add". I think this will make the UI clear to users and can stand on its own until the direct opening of Add Files UI is working. |

Can the team let me know when the UI is considered stable enough to modify the content (text and images) of welcome module? |
