Summary0001256: annotations are missing in the slice viewers
Description

the annotations do not show up in the slice viewers. when I mouse over a label I used to get a text display which tells me what the label value and name are. Not in the nightly build.

This refers to the slice corner annotations, not the annotations module.

Current plan is to get rid of corner annotations altogether and use a new view information widget.

The updated plan is to add corner annotations back within Data Probe module, and make it possible to turn them on or off.

The issue is fixed by adding the slice view annotations to Slicer at revision 23612.
