Summary	0001226: Download sample data fails after internet connection failure and re-connect
Description	1) Clear the remote data cache 2) Open sample data module 3) Disconnect your internet 4) Select an image (ex. MR head) to download The download fails, as expected But: an image is still created in the cache directory This image is not valid, you can verify by trying to open it using Add Volume 5) Reconnect your internet 6) Try to download the same image again Fails, because it's trying to load the bad image from the cache instead of re-downloading it 7) Downloading other images is fine 8) Delete the bad image from the cache 9) Try to download the image again, it's fine
Additional Information	Updating severity to major, as internet failures are likely to happen during project weeks/tutorials - when the sample data functionality is most important.
