Summary0001213: TractographyDisplay doesn't update correctly when module already open
Description
  1. open slicer
  2. open TractographyDisplay
  3. click "Solid Color"
  4. add FiberBundle
  5. now choose the new FiberBundle in the selector
  6. click color by "FiberBundle ID" (notice it flickers and returns to solid)
  7. click color by "FiberBundle ID". Now it takes.
Additional Information

updateWidgetFromMRML works correctly in the case of switching between FiberBundles with different modes.

Clicking another color mode causes a flicker in the checkbox for that mode, then the original setting returns.

Crash happens for a fiberbundle that has node ids assigned. Created separate issue 0001415.
