Summary0001204: Centralize revision/version/name of Slicer
Description

Right now, the revision # of Slicer is in SlicerVersion.txt but the version information (major, minor, ...) are in vtkSlicerVersionConfigure.h

It needs to be centralized at the same location (vtkSlicerVersionConfigure.h ?)

It should also be possible to dynamically (using QSettings) change the revision number to support different extensions.
