Summary0001190: pull down menu does not appear for the items in MRML tree
Description

When you select "Data" from modules and right click on Scene node in the MRML tree, a pull down menu should pop up. However in the version that I am using nothing shows up. Also when you right click on a data under the Scene, only "Delete" option appears. The other options are not there.

Version: 3D Slicer 4.0.gamma-2011-06-06
Install data.
Select "Data" from modules.
Right click on the Scene node in the MRML tree.
Nothing appears
Right click on a data under Scene.
Only "Delete" appears. The others are not available.
