Description

In data manager: R-click on model, select Delete

see attached screenshot: the three models are not removed from the 3d view.

...and this causes a segfault when another model is added. i assume it cycles through nodes and hits the leftover null node.

Fixed in r16764.
When deleting a displayable node (only for model nodes right now), it now automatically deletes the associated display/storage nodes (done in the Models logic).
