Summary0001133: Offset between label/scalar volumes
Description

The origin/scaling of a volume doesn't to correspond to the loaded file.

To reproduce:

  • load I.nrrd
  • load seg.nrrd (check Label option)
  • go to Volumes module
  • select both volumes one after each other in the Volumes module
    -> in the slice views, the volumes have an offset
Additional Information

It seems that the Volume Info tab in the Volumes module is changing the origin/spacing of the volume.
Because the origin/spacing values are rounded (not enough decimals in the GUI).

r16248 on 2011/04/13 should fix the pb.
A "smart" number of decimal for the Origin and Spacing coordinates widgets has been used. It should round the values to a meaningful way.
