Summary0000109: Adding or removing input channels destroys intensity distribution data
Description

In the EMSegment template builder module, when input channels are changed, the intensity distribution data and other parameters associated with those images are reset to default values (in essence the parameters are lost). This makes is awkward/difficult to change the target images within the template builder module.

Steps To Reproduce

On the input channel step, you can add/remove/move input channels and there will be no effect on the parameters. If you click next, and the number of target images changed, you will be warned. If you proceed, only then will the parameters be effected.
