0001072: Fiducials are not passed to the CLI module

Summary	0001072: Fiducials are not passed to the CLI module
Description	Sometimes (e.g., with the attached data), it appears that the CLI module is not passed any fiducials. To reproduce, add the image and fiducials in the attached tarball, and try to use it with SimpleRegionGrowing module. Here's the command line I am getting in the error log: slicer:0x7f6fd023d840 --processinformationaddress 0x76f0110 --smoothingIterations 5 --timestep 0.0625 --iterations 5 --multiplier 2.5 --neighborhood 1 --labelvalue 2 slicer:0x1f2c650#vtkMRMLScalarVolumeNode1 slicer:0x1f2c650#vtkMRMLScalarVolumeNode2 I have not been able to localize the cause of this problem. Reproducible with the today's checkout of 3.6.
