Summary0000635: Support for non axis-aligned volumes in ExtractSubvolumeROI
Description

Currently, when the input volume is not axis-aligned, the output produced by ExtractSubvolumeROI will not be quite correct. Need to reimplement subvolume extraction to handle orientation matrix.
