Summary0004724: Unsigned Slicer application is hard to install and runs slower
Description

It is quite complicated to download and install Slicer, because all operating systems now make it hard to accidentally install unsigned applications.

On MacOSX, non-signed applications also start up slower and can hang for tens of seconds when showing a file dialog (https://discourse.slicer.org/t/extension-wizard-file-open-dialogs-hang-ui-for-several-seconds/7881/36).

The solution to all these problems would be to sign the installer and the Slicer executable on factory machine. Not just for stable but also for preview releases.
