Summary0004722: Use relative paths for files copied into the DICOM database
Description

When indexed files are copied into the DICOM database then users would expect that the DICOM database folder can be relocated and the index remains valid. However, currently absolute path is used, so if the database folder is moved then the files cannot be found anymore.

Need to change the DICOM indexer to use relative paths for imported files that are copied (not linked) into the database.
