Summary0004708: Crash when creating new annotation ROI
Description

Under: Diffusion-->Tractography-->Tractography Display-->Fiber Bundle Selection-->ROI for Fiber Selection... when I select "Create new AnnotationROI as..." the system crashes.

Steps To Reproduce

Run through the Slicer DTI tutorial (http://dmri.slicer.org/tutorials/diffusion_mri_analysis) with the supplied tutorial data until the point where you have to create a new annotation ROI, and this is where it crashes.
