Summary0004680: Loading MRB file breaks linked views
Description

Loading an MRB file adds cameras to the viewers. If there are multiple 3D viewers, they cannot be linked until the cameras loaded from the MRB file are deleted. Deactivating these cameras, or associating the original cameras with the 3D views does not have an effect.

Steps To Reproduce

Load any image (e.g. MRIHead) and render in the dual 3D view
Save as an MRB file
Restart Slicer
Open MRB file
Use link/unlink buttons in 3D view windows to link views
