Description

Slicer build instructions are still for Qt4 - https://www.slicer.org/wiki/Documentation/Nightly/Developers/Build_Instructions.

We should update it to Qt5 and it may be a good opportunity to port this documentation to ReadTheDocs.

I've tested the updated build instructions for Windows and they work well (made some small adjustments) - thanks Jc!

@jcfr Has the instructions been fully updated for Mac and Linux as well? If yes, then this issue can be closed.

Thanks for the update. Instructions should be up-to-date. Distribution specific instructions may have to be cleanup but that could happen incrementally.
