Summary	0004565: SlicerPython: Failed to run script without providing full path to launcher
Description	`C:\Users\ken.martin\Documents\introvtk\Exercises\exercise_0\Python>SlicerPython.exe HelloWorld.py error: Failed to obtain launcher executable name !` It does work if you provide the full path to the executable or if you do a windows alias but seems like it should work without either of those steps if it is in my path.
