Summary0000453: DTI tensor display of float value under mouse shows all components
Description

To reproduce:

  1. Load DWIs and estimate tensors
  2. Display the tensor node in the slice windows
  3. Move cursor over image
    3a. Image shown by default is apparently FA (function of tensor)
    3b. Scalars shown are all tensor components (totally not useful)

Ideally the FA value should be displayed, or other value if MD, etc is being shown. The tensor values don't even fit on the slice, they run off the side, so it's not useful anyway.

Additional Information

picture 1 shows tensor values in masked area (all 0)

picture 2 shows tensor values within brain (runs off the image)

Turned off full tensor display (now just lists that there are 9 components) but haven't added way to look at FA value.

Added display of scalar values along with tag on annotation indicating which measure is being displayed.
