Summary | 0004386: Segmentation - Scissors should have a revolve command
Description | It would be very useful in addition to the current projects to be able to have a profile (whether rect, circle or freeform) that revolves around an axis in the view. This would GREATLY simplify the removal of noise in some scans.

Thanks for the suggestion. Can you provide specific use cases? (short description and/or screenshots...) You can achieve similar effects (similar shape) by creating a segment in multiple steps (e.g., fill inside in one view then erase outside in another view; then use the segment for masking or with logical operators). There are also grow from seeds effect that can very well fill arbitrarily shaped regions using a few strokes. |
