Summary | 0004189: global scaling factor not saved in transform
Description | First of all thank you for developing and sharing Slicer. It is a great resource! I noticed that if i create a transform with a global scaling factor stored at element (4,4) in the matrix, Slicer will treat this correctly and apply the proper transform. However if I want to store the transform as a mat, or txt file, the scaling factor is not saved. This is important if one wishes to reuse a transform. If the scaling factors are stored on the diagonal elements, the problem is solved. thank you! alexandra PS: Maybe i just needed to become familiar with the formalism.
