Summary0004155: Font size of the colorbar doesn't get updated
Description

I've recently checked the code of ColorsScalarBarSelfTest in order to show my color bar programmatically on the 3D view.

However, when I change the value of the slider of the font size (title or labels), nothing happens. The sliders of the widget doesn't work either.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Open Slicer
2) Go to "Colors" module
3) Open "Scalar Bar" collapsible button
4) Check "Display scalar bar"
5) Move font size sliders
