Summary | 0004152: Volumerendering needs to support a variety of ranges and granularities
Description | I extract a FA volume from a DTI data set. I would like to volume render this data set. FA volumes are normalized between 0 and 1. I would like to set a lower threshold of 0.15 for my transfer function. The current interface in the volume rendering module does not allow me to do that. I can only go to 0 or to 1.
Steps To Reproduce | see above
Tags | No tags attached. | ||||
I was able to set points in the transfer function of the Volume Rendering module to any value for an FA image of the DTI brain sample, see the attached image. May be I don't understand the request. |

Hi Alex, this used to not work. But I agree with you that in a very recent nightly build it works for me as well. |
|
It seems to work for good now. Changing to feedback, Ron, please close if it works for you as well. |
