Summary0004145: Allow adding logos and icon to a CLI module
Description

There was a utility in KWWidgets that could convert an image into a .h file that can be included with a CLI:

As kwwidgets is not used by Slicer anymore, it's not easy to generate .h files from images.

We should we add the .png->.h conversion code to SlicerExecutionModel library.

We should also add an option to specify icons for CLI modules, as it’s not very nice that only scripted/c++ loadable modules can have icons and CLIs always have the generic puzzle-piece icon.
