Summary | 0004109: Volume Rendering does not render cropped volume | ||||
Description | When using the crop volume module[1] then selecting the subvolume for volume rendering, the rendering does not update to the subvolume but still uses the full volume one, even if that full volume has been deleted. When looking into those vtkMRMLScalarVolumeNodes, both the uncropped and the cropped volume share the same vtkMRMLCPURayCastVolumeRenderingDisplayNode: my guess is that the cropped volume is created by copy and the 3d display nodes are note reset, therefore the reference for 3D display of the cropped volume links to the one of the uncropped volume.
