Summary0004031: measurement frame/gradients are wrong after resampling
Description

Resampling dwi into a new space can lead to bad measurement frames

Steps To Reproduce

Follow the steps in bug 0004030 (resample sample data dwi to mrhead space with identity transform).

Additional Information

color by orientation is not correct, as seen in the image. Correct is on the left and incorrect is on the right.

Unfortunately, I reproduced incorrectly. After a bit of digging I see it is not fixed (not sure if it ever worked -- I've never used this module). Migrated to SlicerDMRI to keep track of at least:
