Summary0004025: FiberBundleLabelSelect module does not give correct result
Description

Hi,

The 'ADD' operation under 'Labels to include' is not working correctly.
For a simple example, providing only one label in 'Labels to include', the results from 'OR' and 'ADD' should be the same. However, 'OR' works well but 'ADD' outputs the original tracts without changes.

There is also another issue about using this module as CLI module. It does not take VTK as input or output. Only VTP can be used.

Additional Information

Given the above issues, Lauren O'Donnell and I have made the updates correspondingly and would like to submit a pull request the Slicer. Could you take a look on the request later?

PS: For doing this Report Issue, there is not option for module FiberBundleLabelSelect. Is there any possibility to include it here? (Maybe it exist somewhere else, but I did not find it)
