Summary | 0004008: user defined Color LUT's alpha values are not applied in Volume Rendering -> opacity mapping
Description | When I create a user defined color lut in [Informatics -> colors] the colors and alpha values are correctly applied in the 'Volumes' module. However, when I toggle 'Synchronize with Volumes module' in the 'Volume Rendering' module, although RGB values are applied correctly (in Scalar Color Mapping) alpha values are not mapped at all to 'Scalar Opacity Mapping'. I could not find a way to do this either in the program or the documentation. I am not sure if this might be the expected behavior but it would be nice to have at least a check-box next to 'Synchronize...' to also map alpha values from the color lut.
